Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 piece pound boneless, skinless chicken breast (split in half lengthwise)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the Chicken:
  2. Season the chicken breast on both sides with salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the olive oil and then add the chicken breast. Cook for 5 minutes per side until the chicken is golden brown and internal temperature is 165 degrees.
  3. Make the Dressing:
  4. Add the dressing ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk together until well combined.
  5. Assemble the Pasta Salad:
  6. Add the chicken and pasta salad ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Pour on the dressing and then toss until well combined. Serve and enjoy!
